Creating Pottery to be proud of
Whether it’s a party, a project or a bespoke piece, you’ll find it all at Potty Peggy’s.
CREATE YOUR OWN UNIQUE MASTERPIECE
My name is Maggie and I own and run Potty Peggy’s, which I set up in 2016. Margaret (and all of its derivatives including Maggie, Meg and, of course, Peggy) is a family name used not only within my family but also my husband’s. So, it felt like the perfect name to use.
What’s special about Potty Peggy’s?
I love spending time being crafty and connecting with people to give them the opportunity to create perfect items, either through their own creation or using my skill. My background is in health, as well as early years education. I have vast experience in breaking down new skills, working with many different ages and abilities and teaching people to create.
Through my business, I love using my skills to help you: whether that’s helping you to create your own masterpiece; helping you to throw a great party or helping you to find the perfect gift or keepsake, using my artistic skills.
The choices of products and experiences available are vast – so take a look around!
Let me come to you
With Potty Peggy’s Crafts, you get to choose the venue and my mobile studio comes to you. You can paint pottery in the comfort of your own home, in a hall, school or community centre…whatever space you wish.
How it works
I will arrive with everything you need to produce your own unique, hand-painted masterpiece. I guide you through the process and then take away your painted pottery to glaze and fire. Pottery is usually returned to you within a week…a month, at most.
What to paint?
You can choose from functional tableware to figurines and ornaments – there is a whole range of pottery you can paint.
Working with clay is also an option – allowing you to create something completely from scratch.
Whatever you want to create and wherever you want to create it, I can bring everything you need and I’ll be there to offer support and advice to help everyone create something to be proud of.
It’s all of this that makes Potty Peggy’s so unique.
Potty Peggy’s Parties are ideal for all ages, from hen parties to baby showers, from birthday parties to leaving dos. Whatever the occasion, why not get friends and family together for some relaxation and fun, with everyone creating something to keep.
Fuel their creative side
Book your child’s next birthday party with Potty Peggy’s.
Every child will receive an item of their choice to paint and decorate. Choose from mugs, plates, bowls and money boxes, as well as small animal figures. For a small additional charge, you can choose characters from favourite films and TV shows. If you can think of it, I can try and source it!
I provide all of the necessary items required for the party, including lots of coloured paints, brushes, tablecloths and aprons. All you need to do is provide the venue…then enjoy watching the kids get all artistic!
The birthday child also gets a free personalised item to keep!
